Is there a free trial period?

For our Shopify users, we don’t offer a free trial period. Instead, we have a forever free plan that allows you to try out the app to see if it’s right for you.

The free plan is limited to showing 5 unique notifications on your website.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we have a 14 day money back guarantee when you first start subscribing. If you’re not happy for whatever reason, just email us within 14 days and we will refund you — no questions asked.

Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Is my data safe with you?

Needless to say, handling data securely is super important for us. Our servers are hosted in North America at secure data centers that is SSAE16 SOC-2 and SOC-3 compliant.

All communication internally in our infrastructure is encrypted in transit. For data that’s travelling to our users (and your customers), everything is SSL encrypted.

We do not outsource the development of our application to third party for development purposes and have a trusted internal team that handles all access to our customers’ data and our application code.

Finally, we’re a Canadian company and abide by Canadian laws. We never sell or repurpose the data that’s been entrusted to us by our customers.
